If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  2. Functional Components: Your Vault suitcase is designed to make your travels seamless and stress-free. If any functional components, such as wheels or telescopic handles, malfunction due to normal use, we'll repair or replace them for you.
  3. Structural Integrity: We stand behind the structural integrity of our suitcases. Should you encounter any issues with the frame or shell, our warranty ensures prompt resolution to keep you moving forward with confidence.
  4. Lock Systems: Your belongings deserve security and protection. If there are any issues with the lock systems of your Vault suitcase, we'll swiftly address them to safeguard your valuables.

All of our cases use a personalised TSA 3 Number lock, the leading security measure in the travel industry.

This means you can travel without the worry of losing your suitcase keys. So no! Our cases do not come with keys!

Our standard warranty will cover your case for 12 months but we expect our cases to last much longer! Depending on flight frequency we expect our cases to last up to 5-7 years!
